Vista Villa & Suites, evcil hayvan dostu bir tesistir. Evcil hayvanların ailenizin bir parçası olduğunu biliriz; bu nedenle kapılarımız dört ayaklı dostlarınıza açıktır. Engelli misafirlere refakat eden hayvanlar her zaman kabul edilir. Odada konaklama için evcil hayvanın 5 kg’dan hafif olması gerekir.
Politika koşulları
- Engelli kişilere eşlik eden hizmet hayvanları her zaman kabul edilir.
- Odada kalmak için evcil hayvan 5 kg’ın altında olmalıdır.
- Evcil hayvanlar, özel pet alanlarına yakın ortak alanlarda gözetimsiz bırakılamaz.
- Her evcil hayvan için günlük 10 € ücret alınır (ödeme check-in öncesinde yapılmalıdır).
- Evcil hayvan eğitimli olmalı ve misafir tarafından uygun şekilde kontrol edilmelidir. Yerel mevzuata uyulmalıdır.
- Kayıt için uluslararası pet pasaportu getirilmelidir.
- Tesis içinde evcil hayvan tasma ile tutulmalıdır.
- Evcil hayvan gözetimsiz bırakılmamalıdır. Pet-sitter veya malzeme ihtiyacı için önceden resepsiyona başvurun.
- Havuz alanları ve oyun parkında evcil hayvan yasaktır (rehber köpekler hariç).
- Misafirler, tesis ve çevre alanında evcil hayvanlarının temizliğinden sorumludur.
- Havlama vb. rahatsızlıklar diğer misafirleri etkilemeyecek şekilde önlenmelidir.
- Evcil hayvandan kaynaklanan mal hasarı ve yaralanmalardan misafir sorumludur.
- Misafir, evcil hayvanından doğabilecek tüm sorumluluklara karşı oteli, sahiplerini ve işletmeciyi ibra eder.
- Otel, oluşan zarar tutarını misafir hesabına yansıtma hakkını saklı tutar.

Vista Villa & Suites is a pet-friendly hotel that understands pets are an extension of your family. That’s why our doors are open to guests with four-legged friends. Pets accompanying people with disabilities are always accepted. Pets must weigh less than 5 kg in order to stay in the room.
Pet-friendly hotel policy
- Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always accepted.
- Pets must weigh under 5 kg in order to stay in the room.
- Pets must not be left unattended in public areas close to private pet sections.
- A pet fee of €10.00 is required for each pet per day (payment must be made before check-in).
- Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest, and must comply with local legislation.
- The pet owner must bring an international pet passport for registration at the hotel.
- Pets must be kept on a leash when in the hotel.
- Pets must not be left unattended. For a pet-sitter or supplies, contact the concierge in advance.
- Pets are not allowed in pool areas or the playground (this exclusion does not apply to guide dogs).
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on hotel property and in the neighbourhood.
- Disturbances such as barking must be curtailed so other guests are not inconvenienced.
- Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
- Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of the guest’s pet.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s account commensurate with the cost of such damages.
